Shipping

  1. US Shipping Only
  2. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  3. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or custom clearance issues.
  4. Should your package not arrive within 21 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 41 days after your order was placed.

Returns

  1. We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the original purchase date. Email us atinfo@LovelyParcle.comand we will email you a pre-paid shipping label if your product meets our 10 day return requirements.
  2. US Returns Only.

Return Conditions

1. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will effect the processing of your return.

4. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-LovelyParcel products. 

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued the original form of payment.

Note:The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
